WHO WE ARE

The founder & CEO Tom Aas has for more than 20 years had leading sales and management positions in world leading software and consulting companies. During these years he has had first hand experience with multinational sales including the use of leading CRM systems.

For many years he dreamed about a way to simplify sales and sales reporting. Spring 2017 he mobilized a team of Co-founders. The team spent several months detailing the concept that is now called Lead Management 360™, and the software solution Lead X™ was born.
The team behind LeadX™ is international with representatives from Norway, UK, USA and India. We have a broad and relevant mix of experience and competence from world leading companies like Deloitte, SAP, CSC, Microsoft and Telenor.

We are present in Oslo (Norway), London (UK), Palo Alto (USA) and Pune (India).
We introduce a new category Sales Management Software to the market. We call it Lead Management 360™. Through our invention Lead X™ we help our customers take a 360-degree perspective to Lead Management.

More Leads are generated, they are processed faster through the Sales Funnel, and the data captured in the process give unique insight in performance across the organizational silos.

The LeadX™ Offshore Development & Support Center was established February 1st 2019. The LeadX Group has partnered with vElement and iProgrammer to form a competent and scalable team that will help the LeadX Group to reach both short term and long-term goals.

 

The LODSC is based in Pune, India. Pune is known as “Oxford of the East” and the home to more than 800 colleges. Pune is also ranked as the No 1 in India as per the Ease of Living Index in 2018. Pune is one of the leading startup hubs in India, and more than 3.200 startups are active in the city. We are proud to have the LODSC in Pune.

 

We start the LODSC with a core team of 13 supported by managers. We have representatives from our management team present locally in Pune, to ensure a tight collaboration between the global organization and the LODSC.
